Dynacolor's On-Line Information System is easy to use. Just follow these steps:

If you are interested in participating in this service, please click on Need To Get A Password. Access your computer's Communication Program Setup. Via your modem, have your computer call our computer at 1-888-dyna-oli (1-888-396-2654) or 305-624-9358. Hit your return key 2 to 3 times. At the prompt, enter the user name, DYNAREP. You will see an information screen to scroll through. After reviewing the information screen, hit F4 to log into the system, or * on numeric keypad for mac's. At the prompt, enter your rep # and your password. This password is yours, and yours alone, ensuring no one else has access into your customer and job information. After entering your password the screen will show you a menu to choose from. There will be help notes on the bottom of the screen to guide you along through your choices, remember F4 returns you to the menu. If you have questions or need additional information, go to the menu and e-mail directly to customer service. To exit the system select the QUIT option on the menu and you will automatically be logged out. As a courtesy to all, please limit your calls to 10 minutes.
